How the Club operates

The Club is organised and run by the Secretaries and Committee with the able assistance of the House Manager. The House Manager maintains the well-being of the clubhouse as well as providing a welcoming environment for members and their guests.

Opening Hours

The Club is open for up to 36 weeks a year, in and around the University Term. Access is through the left-hand door as you face the building.

Monday: closed

Tuesday: 11:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs – 22:45 hrs

Wednesday: 11:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs – 22:45 hrs

Thursday: 11:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs – 22:45 hrs

Friday: 11:00 hrs – 22:45 hrs

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed

Meal Times

The Club serves meals for members and their guests at the following times on the days below:

Lunch: Wednesday and Thursday between 12:00 hrs – 13:45 hrs

Prospective Members’ Lunch: Every other Thursday at 13:10 hrs

Dinner: Tuesday and Friday at 20:00 hrs

All meals are dependent on numbers.

Club Hire During Summer Months

The Club is available for hire while it is closed in the Summer Months. Members, Alumni Members and Companies are more than welcome to use this Private Members Club. For more information please contact the House Manager.
